The Bolder Boulder is six weeks from Monday. Have you started training yet?
If not, don't fret, you're not alone.
While there has been a growing trend for recreational runners to join an eight- to 12-week training group to get in shape for the annual Memorial Day 10-kilometer race in Boulder, all is not lost if you're among those who haven't laced up the sneakers too often this spring.
But don't wait any longer, local coaches say, if you want to run the May 29 race without some struggle.
