Apr. 15--PANAMA CITY -- Panama City Beach Mayor Lee Sullivan jumped into the race several months and tens of thousands of dollars behind two other big-collecting Republicans vying for the District 6 State Representative seat.
But after only the first quarter of the year, contributions to Sullivan's campaign are in overdrive, and he has pulled in more than $129,855.
That's still a good chunk behind Cameron Skinner, who started collecting money almost a year ago and now weighs in with more than $176,000 in cash contributions.
