Three closely-guarded topics in Sinopec Corp. are attracting worldwide interest. The first is the transformation of its equity. The equity the company holds today can not be put in the stock market. The reform is intended to transform that portion of equity and make it exchangeable. It is requested by the government that equity in all companies should be exchangeable. The second is the business reformation in the next step. The third is the cooperation with BP of Britain.
