Saccharin as the first product in China that suffered from dumping investigation in overseas markets completely lost the US market after the imposition of antidumping tax by the United States in 2003. With the great efforts made by both enterprises and lawyers, the US Ministry of Commerce has recently revised its preliminary ruling. Chinese enterprises have therefore regained the US market.
