Article: Germany's Warsteiner Brews up $100M Senior Note Deal.(Warsteiner Brauerei Haus Cramer KG)

One of Germany's largest privately owned breweries, Warsteiner Brauerei Haus Cramer KG, is in the private market seeking $100 million of senior notes, sources said. Deutsche Bank is leading the transaction.

The issuer is looking for a 10-year note tranche with price talk in the area of 140 basis points over Treasurys, sources said.

The Haus Cramer Group owns Warsteiner Brewery, founded in 1753, according to company documents. Its brands include Warsteiner Premium Verum, Warsteiner Lemon, Cola and Orange beer-mix drinks as well as the low-calorie beer drink HiLight.
