For the past eight years, Canastota resident Michael Delaney, 30, has donned a faux fur outfit to bring Easter bunny joy to the children of Canastota.
Delaney, happy to be out of the heavy suit after a two-hour stint at the town of Lenox Easter egg hunt Saturday, sat with The Post-Standard to talk about playing a bunny.
What's the best part of being the Easter bunny? Making the kids happy. When I was in school, I played McGruff the Crime Dog.
