TOWN OF VIENNA -- Linda Stouffer's view from her home on County I in this northern Dane County town is pure Wisconsin, with farm fields and trees everywhere.
She didn't expect a 138-kilovolt electric power line about 50 feet from her front door.
"It's about the zapping thing," Stouffer said. "I'm not against the power line, I just don't want it affecting our health."
