Apr. 18--Offshore anglers who found current and some wind enjoyed good fishing for dolphin and sailfish the past few days. Joe Capuano of New Jersey caught three permit 22.5-25.5 pounds Monday morning using live crabs on a wreck in 50 feet of water north of Government Cut on Bouncer's Dusky 33 with Capt. Bouncer Smith. When the wind started blowing in the afternoon, Smith went kite-fishing with live herring in 150 feet off Key Biscayne and Capuano caught three of four sailfish and a barracuda.
