Apr. 18--Learning how to deal with corporate governance issues is just one of several challenges facing U.S. corporations, according to the CEO of Lehman Bros. Inc.
"It's basically about how you can manage your business today in light of rules that will be created tomorrow that have the right to look back yesterday and the day before, and say. 'You crossed the line' " said Richard S. Fuld Jr., who also is chairman of Lehman Bros. Holdings Inc.
