Apr. 18--BARSTOW -- Police have arrested a local man who had sex with a teen he met through a popular Web site, officials said. Michael Eugene Downing, 21, was taken into custody Friday after Barstow police found him and an unidentified 17-year-old girl at the Desert Lodge on West Main Street, said Barstow Police Sgt. Mark Franey.The two had met some months ago on MySpace.com, a social networking site well -known among youngsters.
