Carmella Mantello got her first look Tuesday at the Phoenix waterfront - and what the Bridge House Brats have done to improve it - and she was impressed.
"This is all very exciting," said Mantello, director of the New York State Canal Corp. "You guys really get it, so that's fantastic." The Brats are a community service group made up of elementary, middle and high school students in the Phoenix school district.
