Suprachoroidal haemorrhage (SCH) is a catastrophic complication of intraocular surgery. Though rare, with an incidence of 0.06-0.2% following cataract surgery,[1] It is perhaps the most feared and devastating of complications. SCH can cause immediate loss of vision or loss of the eye.
