Babyshambles' troubled frontman Pete Doherty has pleaded guilty to possession of heroin, crack and cannabis and is due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court this morning. He failed to turn up for a court appearance in London on April 12, for a review of his 12-month community order, saying he was delayed in Paris following the band's first European gig of 2006 in France.

And last time he did show up in court, when he left the star appeared to kick Radio One reporter Trudi Barber in the arm amid scenes of 'media mayhem'.

So, should Pete Doherty go to jail?
