Apr. 20--STAMFORD -- After nearly a lifetime of battling what she called "the disease to please," actress Jane Fonda said she's finally comfortable in her own skin.
Her revelation began a year before her 60th birthday, during which she embarked on a journey of reflection researching her life and preparing for what she calls her "third act."
Then, she turned 60.
"For the first time in my life, I owned who I am. I never really owned who I am. It was very easy for me to leave it at the door," she said.
