NEW YORK -- Better specialty stores continue to rely on vests as a best seller.
For fall, retailers report that vests are going strong but the real surge for the look will be seen next fall in many parts of the country.
Further, retailers have found that it is up to them to show their customers how to wear them. The extra effort is worth it, they said, since high-priced versions are moving just as well as the lower-priced models.
