HOUSTON -- On April 20, 2006, the Texas State 61st District Court signed an amended order to order Scottish-based Ramco Energy plc and Ramco Oil Limited to turn over for public sale to the Sheriff or Constable of Harris County, Texas, all shares in Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc on or before April 21, 2006. Soon after the court issued its order, Ramco informed Anglo-Dutch that it does not think the Texas Court's order prevents it from taking Lansdowne public tomorrow, and that Ramco intends to proceed with the public issuance.
