Life changes with kids - even how we eat. While my husband and I once savored meals of Thai curry grilled salmon or linguine with Gorgonzola, our two somewhat-finicky eaters, ages 9 and 13, long ago put the brakes on such wild culinary adventures. I do try to expose them to foods outside the macaroni-and-cheese box, but let's face it: We're not going to be serving escargot soon.
