Don't underestimate the millions of small businesses that depend on information technology for basic survival.
A new study reports that a surprising 95% of small-business people see information technology closely linked to their company's bottom line. Many a small business would be in the red today without the foresight to factor information technology into the original business plan. Nearly half of the companies surveyed will budget even more dollars into information technology resources in 1993.
