A TEN-month-old baby girl has died after choking on a piece of apple at a nursery.
A police investigation has been launched after the death at the Just Learning Centre.
The nursery has already been probed after a 15-month-old girl broke her arm in September 2004, but child cruelty charges were dropped.
And last year, schools inspector Ofsted criticised it over the issues of children's safety and welfare.
