Russia may consolidate state airline stakes in Aeroflot (Part 2)
MOSCOW. April 21 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Property Agency (Rosimushchestvo) has sent a letter to the Transportation Ministry proposing that all state airline assets be transferred to the charter capital of Russian flag carrier Aeroflot-Russian Airlines (RTS: AFLT), head of the ministry department for civil aviation Karl Ruppel told a Friday meeting of the council for civil aviation.
