TORONTO - Forget about the Red Sox losing the game on the spongy artificial turf in the Rogers Centre yesterday.
They lost the game on the basis of what happened Friday night and on the quality of their lineup and starter going up against Toronto Blue Jays ace Roy Halladay.
The 8-1 final score was more lopsided than it appeared for a game with less drama than a recital from a random page of the phone book.
Today's series finale cannot come soon enough.
