Apr. 23--GRAHAM -- That's not really the Roman Forum you'll be seeing today at the Capt. White House, home of the Alamance County Arts Council, and this isn't really 55 A.D. It just seems that way. It's a tradition called "classical realism," for lack of a better term, and this may well be the first time you will have encountered it. The artists are D. Jeffrey Mims of Southern Pines and 12 of the students at his Mims Studios: A School of Fine Arts. The school is about 5 years old, and the show opening here this afternoon is its first away from home.
