New Jersey's Gold Coast is living up to its name, at least in view of recent commercial real estate activity. Two factors play a key role in this development: a bullish market and a perfect location.
From our experience and from what we've seen, leasing activity is at its highest point since 1990. The transactions are larger, with major players coming across the Hudson to acquire Gold Coast space for either primary locations or for the second site housing of invaluable data/telecommunications equipment.
