The transaction for Queensland, Australia-based ABC Learning Centres Ltd., which was set to price last week, has been deferred to "the fourth quarter of 2006 or the first quarter of next year," a source at Banc of America Securities said.
The company, the largest listed global provider of childcare services, was seeking $100 million of senior notes with a reportedly potential upsize via sole agent BAS, sources said last week.
