Apr. 24--School and I were never the very best of friends. Even now, as I wake up in my AARP T-shirt after a good night's sleep, I am thrilled that the coming day will not include a visit to school.

This whole thing gets complicated, though, when you toss in the fact that I truly enjoy the company of teachers, and I love learning things, as long as they don't involve math or memorizing names or dates.
