Kudrin suggests declassifying oil reserves (Part 2)
WASHINGTON. April 24 (Interfax) - Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said Russia ought to declassify some of its oil reserves in order to make the oil market more transparent.
Russia is discussing a number of important energy issues in connection with its G8 presidency and one of them is better oil market transparency, Kudrin told officials and business leaders in Washington on April 21.
