ZARAGOZA, Spain -- Zaragoza will transform into Europe's 'Silicon Valley' for the second year running when it hosts the Innovate!Europe 2006 conference May 15th-17th. The two-day forum, produced by global research firm Guidewire Group in partnership with the City of Zaragoza and Informatica El Corte Ingles, aims to strengthen ties between technology innovators and investors to ensure great ideas become globally-competitive technology companies.
