Apr. 26--Glen Miller will be introduced as the new men's basketball coach at Penn today. Lehigh coach Billy Taylor will not have to be reintroduced to his team. Taylor interviewed for the position, and was thought as recently as last week to be a leading candidate to succeed Fran Dunphy, who earlier this month took over for the retired John Chaney at Temple. But Miller, the Brown coach, was the choice of Quakers athletic director Steve Bilsky, as first reported Tuesday afternoon by Penn's student newspaper, The Daily Pennsylvanian. Miller's appointment will be made official at a news conference this afternoon.
