LEXINGTON, Ky. _ After it was over, after their horse had finally found clear sailing past the far turn and taken off, after Roy and Gretchen Jackson posed on Saturday in front of the winner's trophy and were interviewed on ESPN, a track official asked whether they wanted to watch a replay of Showing Up winning the Lexington Stakes.
"Oh, yeah," Gretchen Jackson said.
Who wouldn't want to keep watching? The Jacksons' story is turning into a fairy tale, and it looks as if the Kentucky Derby will have another fascinating Philadelphia story in less than two weeks.
