Apr. 27--If you're going to have heart trouble, Rick Burkholder is the right guy to have it in front of.
Burkholder is head trainer of the Eagles. On Monday, he was at Frederick's restaurant in South Philly, where the team was celebrating the retirement of defensive line coach Tom Brasher, when popular bartender Dave Santini complained of chest pains. Santini didn't want to go to the hospital, says Frederick's owner Fred Vidi.
