KUALA LUMPUR, April 27 Asia Pulse - Scomi Engineering Bhd (KLSE:7366), formerly known as Bell & Order Berhad, has teamed up with France's Giat Industries and South Korea's Doosan Infracore Co., Ltd. for the joint development and marketing of armored vehicles.
In a statement to Bursa Malaysia on April 26, Scomi Engineering said its wholly owned subsidiary, Scomi Sdn. Bhd.(SSB) signed a heads of agreement with Giat on 25 April 2006 and entered into a collaborative agreement with Doosan Infracore the following day.
