Apr. 28--A California State University panel has selected four finalists to lead Cal State East Bay after President Norma Rees' upcoming retirement.
The finalists are James Kho, a vice president for DeVry University; Lois Muir, a professor and former provost at the University of Montana; Judy Sakaki, a vice chancellor at UC Davis; and Mohammad Qayoumi, a vice president at Cal State Northridge. The university says it expects to name one as president next month.
