Yuntianhua Group Co., Ltd. (SH: 600096) has recently announced that it plans to raise US$30 million and increase the stock capital in its controlled subsidiary Chongqing Polycomp International Corp. (CPIC). Carlyle Group of the United States that had no equity in CPIC will also put in US$65 million. Existing foreign shareholders are however all unwilling to participate in this stock capital increment.
