Some time after the reformation to Qilu Petrochemical Company Ltd., Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd., Zhongyuan Oil/Gas Co., Ltd. and Oil Dynamic Co., Ltd., Sinopec Corp. will de-list 5 of its controlled companies including Shanghai Petrochemical Company Ltd.(SPC), Shijiazhuang Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd.(YCF), Shandong Taishan Petroleum Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Petroleum Group Co., Ltd. According to analysts, Sinopec Corp. shall certainly de-list Shanghai Petrochemical Company Ltd. and Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. and the time for acquisition will be chosen according to the development trend.
