Apr. 28--The phone call woke Teresa Suchecki from an early morning sleep.
The news from her son -- that somebody had slipped something into his drink before school -- hit like a splash of cold water.
Joshua was calling from the nurse's office last Friday at Hilliard Davidson High School.
Mrs. Suchecki asked her son to hand the phone to the nurse. She told the nurse to call 911 immediately.
She said the nurse told her she couldn't do so without the principal's permission.
So Mrs. Suchecki called 911 herself.
