Advertisers are embracing new online ad formats, including video and rich media, to improve the brand experience with customers and deliver relevant, useful information to business decisionmakers.

"Marketers continue to acknowledge that interactive is a critical medium to engage their customers and create deeper brand experiences,'' said Greg Stuart, CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau. "We fully expect interactive to continue to play an ever-increasing role of importance for marketers.''
