Evraz Group not discussing merger (Part 2)
MOSCOW. April 28 (Interfax) - Evraz Group is not discussing a merger with any companies, Pavel Tatyanin, the No.1 Russian steel producer's CFO, told a briefing.
Tatyanin said the company had enough resources to conduct an effective business.
Valery Khoroshkovsky, the group's president, said "there's no question of a sale," when asked to comment on press reports that the group's enterprises may be sold.
Tatyanin, for his part, said the board of directors would make its dividend recommendation in May. The annual shareholders meeting takes place in June. The group's dividend policy is to pay up ...
