Apr. 29--In recent years, aquatics consultant Tom Schaffer has been flooded with business from cities looking to build water parks.
The water park boom, he said, doesn't appear to be slowing down.
"This is going to be one of our busiest years," said Schaffer, president of Delano, Minn.-based USAquatics.
All across southeastern Minnesota, aquatic centers are springing up in cities large and small.
Stewartville might become one of them. The city will decide on Tuesday whether to build a $2.4 million aquatic center.
