PROJECT OVERVIEW
An international consortium, operating under the name of ASG POWER SA, is currently gearing-up to build a power plant and associated regasification terminal in southwestern Albania. The group is made up of AET, a Swiss public utility and undisclosed European and U.S. investors.
As things currently stand, the project's technical and legal terms are soon expected to be completed enabling the approval of the Albanian Parliament of the final contract by June 2006.
