PROJECT OVERVIEW
The local EMAAR PROPERTIES recently awarded a construction contract for a residential development to ARABIAN CONSTRUCTION CO. (ACC) of the Emirates, a subsidiary of Lebanon-based ARABIAN CONSTRUCTION CO. (INT) SAL. According to the terms of the award the project is to be implemented on the premises of the tallest tower and the largest shopping mall in the world.
The residential 37-storey tower project will include: - 341 flats in studios, 1- and 2-bedroom configurations; - Car parking facilities available in the 2 basements and 3 upper levels that can accommodate a total of 406 cars; - A swimming pool and health club facility.
