Apr. 28--ROCKINGHAM -- Shane O'Keefe will receive a severance package worth more than $30,000 when he leaves his job as municipal manager next month.
The final details of O'Keefe's resignation were ironed out in an agreement released on Thursday. O'Keefe tendered his resignation Tuesday contingent on an agreement being reached.
Between unused vacation time, comp time and severance pay, O'Keefe will receive at least $32,236.30.
O'Keefe, Rockingham Select Board Chairman Tom MacPhee and Bellows Falls Village President Charles Jarras signed the agreement on Wednesday, setting the stage for an end to his tenure after ...
