Apr. 30--BEREA, Ohio -- Depending on the perspective, the Cleveland Browns made a cunning move or walked into dangerous territory yesterday in the first round of the NFL draft. The Browns made a draft-day trade with a division rival, usually a taboo practice, to move down one slot and select Florida State linebacker Kamerion Wimbley with the 13 th pick. With several surprising picks in the top 10, the Browns had their choice of defensive players with the 12 th selection.
