Apr. 30--For college students, each semester concludes with exams. Final grades and sometimes graduation hang in the balance of a few important tests.
"With college, a big portion of your final grade comes down to a (final) test," said Brad Voyles, dean of students at Covenant College.
Area colleges are in the middle of final exams, and professors and counselors gave advice for this report on how to make it through the tensionfilled time.
"If you are a conscientious student, (exam time) is the worst time of the semester for you," said Nancy Badger, head of the UTC Counseling and Career Planning Center.
