REDMOND, Wash., May 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc. today announced it has filed a new Form 10 Registration Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to register its shares of common stock with the SEC. The Registration Statement will not become effective until 60 days after the filing date or at an earlier date as determined by the SEC. Eddie Bauer is required to file a Form 10 Registration Statement and list its common stock on NASDAQ under the terms outlined in The Spiegel Group's (Eddie Bauer's former parent company) Plan of Reorganization.
