IT was shocks all round in the RA Brickwork-sponsored Challenge Cup semi finals, as Division One leaders and unbeaten St Ambrose beat Old Xaverians, who are second in the Premier Division.
Goals from David Lewtas and Alan Carlson earned them the right to play Red Rum in the final at Marine FC on Tuesday, May 9, at 7pm.
Red Rum will hope to put right the final defeat in 2003 by Allerton after beating Collegiate OB 2-0 thanks to goals by James Conley and Stevie Blundell.
