May 02--Central City Mayor Hugh Sweatt says he's not the kind of guy who sits around talking about how somebody needs to do something about this or that. Instead, he said, he's the kind of guy to "dive in and get it done." Sweatt's message this time around, facing two challengers, is about what it's always been, he said.
