SANTA CLARA, Calif., May 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Anchiva Systems, an innovative provider for high speed content security protection, announced today new funding of $7 million. Global investment venture capital firm AsiaVest Partners joined this round of funding as a lead investor, with many of company's previous angel investors also participating. The financing brings the company's total funding to $10.5 million. Franny Lee, a partner at AsiaVest, will join Anchiva's board of directors.
Anchiva Systems plans to use the funding to further develop its Internet gateway solution that protects against spyware, spam and viruses 5x faster than the industry standard.
