WASHINGTON, May 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Madison Marquette announced today new plans to expand the Festival at Waldorf, a successful 500,000 square foot community center located in Waldorf, Maryland, a thriving suburb of Washington, D.C. The company recently acquired an 8.2 acre parcel of land adjacent to the center and plans to develop an over-40,000 square foot lifestyle component featuring boutique retailers and pedestrian-friendly common areas.
