After a lengthy fund-raising struggle, Wraith finally listed on Aim in March. Since then, it has spent GBP4.38m on buying the fleet-hire assets of Bowood Event Hire. This has boosted the group's Jackleg timber accommodation fleet, and added to the number of its anti-vandal steel cabins. In total, the fleet grew by one-third to 8,000 units, although Wraith points out that half of this rise was down to a GBP6.8m organic growth programme.
