Nick Criticos: Both F&C and Isis have a lot of experience of merging businesses. The merger happened in 2004; 2005 was a year of integration, and this year F&C is in growth mode.

There is no hangover from the merger. We have a number of people and products, in particular the UK team, which are attracting a lot of support. For the retail business, the merger is well behind us.
