Investment Adviser: IFAs are still waiting to see what the fall-out has been from the merger between F&C and Isis back in 2004. At what stage is the merger process? Nick Criticos: Both F&C and Isis have a lot of experience of merging businesses. The merger happened in 2004; 2005 was a year of integration, and this year F&C is in growth mode.
There is no hangover from the merger. We have a number of people and products, in particular the UK team, which are attracting a lot of support. For the retail business, the merger is well behind us.
We completed the integration of the funds in May last year, well within a year of the announcement. We still had to ...
